I have been a member of PAARCC and that is how I am connected to the ACE program. I am a huge fan of anatomy and how the brain works. I wonder the potential for adults with autism if they are given more resources to help them keep stability in society. I am currently in school to be in the imaging field doing x-rays, CT, and MRIs. I will be working with people from all aspects of life, cultural backgrounds, and with different capabilities. It is especially hard for people who are on the spectrum to sit through scans. Overall, the reason I am involved is because our community has a duty to inform all essential workers to have training on cooperating with autistic individuals on challenges they might have. Workers such as firefighters, medical workers, police officers, etc....
