Busra Tugce Susam, M.S., B.S.

Busra is currently a PhD student in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh. Busra received her M.S degree in 2018 from the Department of Electrical Engineering at University of Pittsburgh and she received her B.S. degree in 2013 from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at University of Istanbul, Istanbul, Turkey. Busra is interested in statistical signal processing and application of machine learning and deep learning. Busra's current research is the utilization of Electroencephalography (EEG) based brain-computer interface (BCI) system in individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. During her M.S. studies, she also worked on automated pain assessment in children using electrodermal activity data via machine learning applications.
